老子宣你你造吗

[lăo zi xuān nĭ nĭ zào ma]
In ancient times in China, “老子” usually refers to Laozi, a very old philosopher or an honorable elder. But sometimes when it is spoken in modern casual Chinese talk, people use “老子” at the beginning of a sentence with humor or even a little rudeness to indicate “me(I)” proudly and assertively. The latter half means, “if I proclaim/to summon you, do you understand/know?”. All together this could mean something like, “Do you understand me when I call you?” It has some attitude and boldness in its assertion and is quite informal and contemporary.
