The Blind means someone who can't see in Chinese. Perhaps it indicates the user wants to ignore worldly distractions, be true to himself, and not let appearances deceive him; or he wants to convey a kind of vulnerable and helpless feeling from the bottom of his heart, seeking the understanding of others.
