酒蛊
[jiŭ gŭ]
'Jiu Gu' means 'Alcohol Charm' or 'Wine Witchcraft'. In old legends of some places in China, there's belief that prolonged indulgence in alcohol would make one lose consciousness, and such a state can bring misfortune or change of fate. But sometimes people simply refer this name to those who are addicted to alcohol or get fascinated by alcoholic culture.
