Simply called 'Dirty', it may be rebellious on purpose by the one who names himself/herself this way against conventional aesthetic standards and traditional culture, or express an extremely realistic and down-to-earth personality that does not conceal his/her flaws or mistakes. At times, it could also just refer to something messy and chaotic, like being tired from too many troubles in life or society.
