The literal translation is 'I want to die.' It seems quite a serious issue but it might also be exaggeration, used casually as slang. If so, it would express strong displeasure, frustration, or sadness but not literally wishing for death. Attention needs to be paid though it should not be taken totally frivolously considering suicide ideation risk especially for younger generation
