臥视月老断了弦
[wò shì yuè lăo duàn le xián]
'Wo Shi Yuelao Duanle Xian' can be roughly understood as 'Watch quietly as the matchmaker's string breaks'. In Chinese tradition, there is a god in charge of marriage, 'Yuelao'. 'Yuelao' matches couples by linking their legs with red silk thread. Once this red string gets broken, this may express a situation when things did not go according to what was previously planned or expected.
