桃花兩面

Táo huā liǎng miàn means 'two-faced peach blossom.' The term can be interpreted as having two different sides: one which appears as beautiful as peach blossoms on the outside but may have a completely different story behind it on the inside. It can reflect both duality within people's lives or personalities, as well as expressing how superficial beauty sometimes covers something less charming.
