伤春悲秋
[shāng chūn bēi qiū]
'Sorrow of spring and sorrow of autumn' implies being melancholic in two of four seasons. Generally describes somebody who tends to be sad because of beautiful yet fleeting scenes, especially during transitions between seasons.
