三生三世易断殇
[sān shēng sān shì yì duàn shāng]
This name comes from the phrase 'Three lives three lifetimes' indicating eternal or perpetual existence. Easy sorrow or loss ('Yi Duan Shan') reflects the fact that no matter how long-lasting things may seem, they are actually very fragile and can break or disappear anytime. So, 'three lives' worth of relationships, emotions or events can all fade away or shatter unexpectedly and leave nothing but sadness.
