In Japanese tradition 'Shichirō' means the seventh son in the family; it can be interpreted similarly in Chinese. Or it might come from some famous characters like Kabuto Shinobu in 'Fairy Tail'. Anyway, such a name could represent rarity and uniqueness because of the less likely occurrence number '7' and traditional meanings.
