'Even Mao (Zedong)says I am beautiful' suggests that the owner has enough confidence in himself/herself and thinks even the important figures think they're beautiful. Of course, here 'Mao' doesn't necessarily refer specifically to the real historical figure of 'Mao Zedong'; it can be an exaggerated expression used casually.
