扶苏倚长风

It may refer to ancient Chinese culture. '扶苏(Fǔ Sū)' was a kind, gentle prince in the first dynasty in China Qin Dynasty who was forced to suicide by political tricks despite having virtue qualities and capability for succession, and thus became a historical figure representing tragedy and unfairness, as well as a symbol for people yearning goodness, peace and justice. And '长风(cháng fēng)-long wind' gives the imagery of leaning against long wind or gales, evoking the sentiment of longing, desolation, heroism, eternity or melancholy.
