非彼青鸢南以浅失彼碧焉北以深
[fēi bĭ qīng yuān nán yĭ qiăn shī bĭ bì yān bĕi yĭ shēn]
This seems derived from classic literature or poem, literally meaning not that green swallows in the South, where is shallow and lose that blue sky on the north which was deep, it expresses a sense of longing or loss and melancholic feeling toward changes in things around. Its complex structure and allusion to Chinese poetry and literature make it difficult to accurately explain without further context, however the emotions seem somewhat bittersweet and regretful.
