独蛊
[dú gŭ]
The term '独蛊' is derived from Chinese traditional culture. A '蛊' (gǔ) was originally a poison made by putting various venomous creatures together in one container, letting them fight and survive by poisoning each other until the last one left, believed to possess potent poisonous abilities. In modern times it's sometimes used to denote an enigmatic person with mysterious talents.
