朝秦慕楚
[cháo qín mù chŭ]
"Chao Qin Mu Chu" originates from an ancient Chinese idiom '朝三暮四' and classical allusions related to the Warring States period. Here, it metaphorically means a person whose mind changes easily or quickly. It depicts someone who adores or yearns for different things or people at different times just like in history during which small states sometimes yielded to State Qin but turned to favor State Chu at other times.
