操之过急

Rushing things unnecessarily. An impetuous and reckless personality, always eager to achieve immediate results regardless of others' advice or warning, sometimes making mistakes because of hastiness or being impatient. '操之过急'(Acting too hastily) reminds one to be patient and avoid doing rashly.
